1. Q: ARE YOU A FACTORY OR TRADING COMPANY?
A: We are a factory with export license.
2.Q: WHERe IS YOUR FACTORY LOCATED? HOW CAN IN VISIT THERE?
A: Our factory is located in Shaoxing city, zhejiang province. China. About 4 hours bus ride from shanghai . All our clients, from home or abroad, are warmly welcome to visit us!
3.Q: CAN YOU DO OEM?
A: Yes, all OEM products are highly welcomed! For those items we don't have the existing mould. As long as your quantity reaches a certain amount and regular. We could open a new mould especially for you.
4.Q: HOW CAN I GET SOME SAMPLES?
A: 1, we are honored to offer you samples. New clients are expected to pay for the courier cost. The sample s are free to you. This charge will be deducted from the payment for formal order.
A: 2, Regrading the courier cost: you can arrange a RPI(remote pick-up) service upn DHL,UPS, TNT, Fedex, etc. to have the samples collected; or inform us your DHL collection account. Then you can pay the freight direct to your local carrier company.
5.Q: I CAN'T FIND THE MATERIAL I'M LOOKING FOR. CAN OULAND SOURCE SPECIFIC MATERIALS?
A: We do have an extensive yarn supplier network that we use to source specialty yarns. However, many of these special order yarns carry larger minimums.
6.Q: CAN YOU DO AN ALL OVER PRINT ON THE SOCKS?
A: Yes, we do make all-over custom printed socks. However, the print method is in the form of custom knitting, not sublimation printing. We do not offer custom sublimated socks.
7.Q: WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY IF MY ORDER DOES NOT ARRIVE ON TIME?
A: For time sensitive orders, please ask us about our current schedule and rush service. We can provide guarantees on our production completion date, but can not guarantee transit times.
